03/05/2019 – New World Development Company Limited Chose OceanFax Fax Server to Replace RightFax

Hong Kong – 3 May 2019 – New World Development Company Limited currently signed a deal with OceanX, using OceanFax Fax Server to replace RightFax. Their outdated RightFax do not have failure recovery function, fax processing is interrupted during hardware or software failure. In addition, it is difficult to manage. 

Since RightFax is end-of-life, New World Development decided to change to OceanFax Fax Server. OceanFax is high availability, providing an uninterrupted fax processing and avoid “Single Point of Failure”. It integrates with SMTP mail server, enable inbound and outbound faxing directly from mailbox.

OceanFax helps New World Development reduce operational costs, enhances efficiency and increases customer satisfaction significantly.
