30/03/2022 – One of the HKSAR Government Department implemented OceanX ECM, Workflow, Capture and OceanFax to streamline their permit application process

Hong Kong – 30 Mar 2022 – Permit applications are received through various channels, including the website, email, fax, and mail. OceanX Capture OCR application form and start the approval workflow. After the approved, the system automatically generates the permit and sends it to the applicant, reducing manual handling and improving efficiency. The automation of the permit generation and delivery process has significantly reduced processing times and eliminated errors, ensuring that applicants receive their permits in a timely and accurate manner.
