OceanX Technology Limited is proud to share the successful conclusion of its latest industry workshop, “OceanX ECM for Digital Project Delivery System (DPDS)”, held on 26 June 2025.
The event welcomed 78 attendees from 42 organizations, including various government departments and leading consultancy firms. The strong participation reflected growing momentum within the industry to meet the latest DPDS requirements for digital transformation in public works projects.
According to a recently issued government directive, all Capital Works Programme consultancies with a pre-tender estimate over HK$15 million—and with Expressions of Interest (EOI) or Technical & Fee (T&F) Proposals invited on or after 1 April 2025—must adopt the Digital Project Delivery System (DPDS). This move signifies a major milestone in the government’s push toward full digitalization of project delivery processes.
As an official iCWP application provider, OceanX demonstrated how its OceanX ECM platform fully complies with DPDS policies and facilitates efficient integration with government systems. Through live demonstrations, OceanX illustrated how the platform enables real-time data exchange, promotes interdepartmental collaboration, and supports three essential DPDS modules:
