30/07/2019 – Institute for the Development and Quality, Macau Selected OceanX ECM to Replace their Insecure and Chaotic File Servers

Hong Kong – 30 Jul 2019 – Institute for the Development and Quality, Macau signed a deal with OceanX to use OceanX ECM to replace their insecure and chaotic file servers.

Before using OceanX ECM, they put soft copy quality reports to file server, without version control, email management and security setting. It was difficult to manage and search the quality reports.

OceanX ECM helps them to effectively manage the quality reports, reduce operational costs, enhance efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Office Add-in provides version control, Check in & Check out for project’s documents.

Email Management enables users to manage emails together with documents. It is much easier to search document by Powerful Search Engine.

OceanX ECM with high security control including AES 256 encryption, access control and audit trail, which helps Institute for the Development and Quality, Macau to meet Regulations such as MCSL《澳門特別行政區《網絡安全法》.
