27/09/2022 – Development Bureau teamed up with OceanX to develop a monitoring system for its Digital Planning & Design System (DPDS)

Hong Kong – 27 Sep 2022 – The Development Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government has teamed up with OceanX Technology Limited to develop a monitoring system for its Digital Planning & Design System (DPDS) that includes both the “Project Management Sub module” and the “Document Management Sub module.” By leveraging OceanX ECM and Workflow solutions, this new system enables real-time monitoring of project progress, document management, and workflow automation, streamlining the Bureau’s project and consultancy document management processes. The system also ensures regulatory compliance by providing secure storage and access to sensitive documents. The Development Bureau aims to enhance efficiency and transparency in its DPDS processes, contributing to Hong Kong’s infrastructure development.
