Release of OceanX ECM, OceanX WorkFlow & OceanX Capture 5.0

Hong Kong, China – 18 Jun, 2021 – OceanX, the leading Enterprise Information Management provider in Asia, announced the release of OceanX ECM, OceanX WorkFlow and OceanX Capture 5.0.

OceanX ECM & WorkFlow is a robust one-stop solution for Document Management System & BPM system. ECM 5.0 improve overall usability, performance, add several enhancements and fixed some bugs. New enhancements include copy and move folders, increase conversion speed, cache server and more. Outlook/Office add-in  enhancement – add Outlook view, add load all button, preview option in Outlook, send as ZIP file, defaults to display the last settings Windows.

The release of 5.0 version provides enhancements in workflow process, such as add task, skip task and email notification. Each task displays all the approval records of previous tasks. Version control can be configured in the task.

OceanX Capture convert paper documents into critical business data by using OCR, OMR, form recognition and QR code technologies. In 5.0 version, it becomes an independent software with additional functions of adding cover page and last page, deleting blank pages on the server, multi-threaded OCR, magnifying glass, etc……
