System Engineer / Junior System Engineer

The business is now actively searching for this position to join the team, to implement one of its pilot projects within Global Markets. You will be leading and executing end-to-end project implementation.

Job Description

  • Provide pre-sales, implementation and technical support on Windows application, networking and system
  • Troubleshoot and solve daily operational/technical problems for end users

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or above
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in system support in the I.T. field. Working experience with IT Vendor is preferable
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered as Junior System Engineer
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS products, e.g. MS Windows, MS Exchange and MS SQL
  • Have MCITP 2008 on Windows is preferable
  • Preferred to have knowledge on Fax Product, Workflow System and Document Management System
  • Have pre-sales and after-sales support experience
  • Good analytical and presentation skill
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Well-disciplined, hard-working and responsible
  • Outgoing service and occasionally travel to China
  • Immediate available is an advantage
