Hong Kong, China – 30 Apr 2025

OceanX Technology is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its latest workshop, “OceanX ECM for Digital Project Delivery System (DPDS)”, held on 30 April 2025.

The workshop attracted 52 participants from 18 government departments and consultants, demonstrating strong interest in preparing for the upcoming DPDS implementation. According to a recently issued government circular, all consultancies under the Capital Works Programme with a pre-tender estimate exceeding HK$15 million—and with Expressions of Interest (EOI) or Technical & Fee (T&F) Proposals (for one-stage tenders) invited on or after 1 April 2025—must adopt the Digital Project Delivery System (DPDS). The circular sets out the policy and mandatory requirements for adoption, marking a significant step forward in digitalizing public works delivery.

As an integrated iCWP application vendor, OceanX showcased how OceanX ECM aligns with DPDS policies and facilitates seamless system-to-system integration, real-time data submission, and enhanced collaboration across departments and consultants. OceanX ECM supports three key DPDS modules:

  • Project Management System Module

  • Financial Management System Module

  • Document Management System Module

The session provided an overview of the DPDS framework, iCWP data integration process, and live demonstrations of OceanX ECM capabilities. Attendees gained practical insights into how the platform improves workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and governance in capital works projects.

OceanX Technology remains committed to supporting government departments and consultants in achieving a smooth transition to the DPDS platform and driving forward the digital transformation of public sector projects.
