Shanghai – 29 May 2015 – Due to fax machines scattered in various locations and many spam faxes occupied, in order to enhance efficiency, Yihai Kerry Group of Wilmar International Ltd. chose 60-channels OceanFax Advanced Fax Server with SAP and FileNet integration. The solution provides an OceanX Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) which allow the users to share and manage financial documents with major banks in China in a unified center. “Drag & Drop” OCR function can enable customers to select required information on the fax image and the system will automatically capture the information. The information will then be automatically updated in the SAP and FileNet system.
