Kasikorn Securities Thailand chose OceanFax as a secure fax platform

Thailand – 20 Mar 2020 – Kasikorn Securities prohibits users sending faxes to unauthorized recipients. After evaluating fax servers in the market, only OceanFax can provide this kind of security feature.

They set up a Secure Phonebook in OceanFax that users can only select fax recipient in the Secure Phonebook, and does not allow users to enter manually. Each user will have outbound white list depends on only his / her customer. White list for each user will be updated regularly, their IT Department send white list update file in CSV file format. They added watermark in every fax out.

This protects the company’s privacy, confidential documents will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
