Hong Kong – 10 September 2015 –  Joint Secretariat for the Advisory Bodies on Civil Service & Judicial Salaries & Conditions of Service chose OceanFax FoIP on VM platform with flexible integration with Lotus note mail server, benefiting from high performance, HA ability and low cost of ownership. The new OceanFax system provides AES 256 encryption to keep high security as well as fax data mining function to enable users to search and filter faxes in a faster way. It is easy for users to manage with a user-friendly interface.

Joint Secretariat for the Advisory Bodies on Civil Service & Judicial Salaries & Conditions of Service is a department under the Hong Kong SAR government. It offers support service to these four advisory bodies of the Hong Kong: Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service, Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service and Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service. They provide individual advice to the Chief Executive regarding the principles and practices to monitor salaries, conditions of services and salary structure of the non-directorate civil service, the disciplined service, as well as the directorate and judicial officers respectively.
