The new solution supports AD synchronization and authentication, as well as 6 channels, connecting to Avaya IPT system to send or receive fax. Users can view fax number with client name on incoming call when receiving fax. OceanFax system enables users to set black/white list to avoid junk fax. Pure software solution can avoid any impacts on daily business operation caused by errors of fax card and server.  It helps the bank to improve efficiency, reduce cost and achieve green office environment as well.
