  Users log in both MFP and OceanFax at one time by simply running card through the reader on MFP; After login, users are allowed to send fax by OceanFax on MFP panel. All the outbound faxes on MFP are also archived in the sent box in OceanFax interface. An Email notification on fax status will be sent to users.
